How To Get Away With Murder (HTGAWM) is a series focusing on the lives of 5 students who study law. They then get chosen to work for their teachers and become a close bonded group who both solve and cause crimes.

I have never been so wrong when guessing what will happen next since Breaking Bad or probably felt as anxious either (although BB did give me literal r/l panic attacks). This show is so hooking and you just have no idea what they'll do next.

The characters are so smart it's unreal. At first there wasn't really any characters that I was fond of but now I really do like most of them. They're kind of like a super group with their own individual powers. Something that stood out to me with this show is how they reverse the roles kind of. The gay male is the one who uses his sexuality to get him what he wants, the female teacher is the criminal minded boss and so on. It's unique to see a twist on the 'normal' character roles.

There is so much that can be said about this show but it is so hard to do so without giving away spoilers and ruining the show.

Basically, to summarise, this show is bad a/f. The story-line is incredible. The script/writers are beyond words. The plot twists are insane and the whole production is gripping to the point where you cannot stop watching.

If you've ever watched BBC's Luther, then you may understand when I say this show is quite similar to that; in the sense that he's inherently a good guy but sometimes he has to do bad things for the good.. The way Luther uses his experience as a detective to help him get away with crimes is similar to the characters of HTGAWM.

I would most definitely suggest you watch this show, especially as the second season is soon approaching.
