Idiotsitter follows a woman who is in need of money so applies to be a babysitter. She gets the job but soon realises she isn't babysitting a 7 year old but a full grown woman, from a very wealthy family and who is under house arrest.
Idiotsitter premiered as a web-series back in 2014 on Comedy Central's website and has recently aired on television over at Comedy Central. I've only ever watched the television episodes, of which there are 2 aired episodes so far and it's going good.
The storyline definitely has promise and the characters are both annoying enough but likeable enough to make the show work. The setting, being a mansion in LA, makes the show easy on the eyes with it's bright and sunny backdrop.
So far the show seems to be fairly enjoyable and only slightly offensive in episode 2. The dynamics of the quite prude and goodytwoshoes babysitter and the outgoing and loud woman works really well and they balance each other out nicely.
I would definitely recommend giving this show a go, especially if you liked the Broad City, as Idiotsitter does remind me of that show a lot. This is 100% a show for Comedy Central and can see it having a good place over there.
