We Bare Bears in the new Cartoon Network programme, based on Daniel Chong's webcomic, which revolves around the lives of three very 21 century, talking bears.

Cartoon Network is a channel that rarely gets it wrong with its programmes and We Bare Bears is no exception. Like most of the channels programmes, it has the perfect balance between adult humour and 'child' humour, which makes it so enjoyable. It also has the modernity which most programme's don't and that is something that definitely makes the show stand out and become more relatable.

The three main characters are each individually and uniquely hilarious. They have their own specific personalities that work tremendously well together in their trio. Although they are, obviously, bears they have such human qualities and minds. Their tone of humour is similar to that of the Bob's Burgers characters but with a bit more optimism and a bit less sarcasm.

As a whole, the episodes are very adventure based and typical of the cartoon format. Whereas some of Cartoon Networks more recent programmes are very deep and trippy (aka Adventure Time and Regular Show), We Bare Bears takes a more chill route and brings back the fun and lightheartedness to cartoons. These siblings are great role models for the younger generation to watch and completely relatable for the more mature generations.

Overall, We Bare Bears is the perfect programme to pass time watching. It has comedy, morals and just general silliness. Can you really complain about talking, almost-hipster, bears though? I think  not.
